Cyndi O'Meara is not your typical Nutritionist. She disagrees with low-fat, low-calorie diets, thinks chocolate is good for you, butter is better and coffee not so bad!
Cyndi's qualifications include a Bachelor of Science Degree majoring in nutrition from the Deakin University in Victoria and Post Graduate studies in human anatomy and diplomas in diagnosis and management of health issues from the University of Colorado.
In 2003 Cyndi was named one of Australia's Business Women of the Year.
Now available in both book and audio, Changing Habits -Changing Lives is a guide to change based on Cyndi's own philosophy of health and wellbeing.
She must be doing something right as Cyndi maintains a healthy weight and has never taken any forms of medication. Her 3 children have had no need for medications or diet programs
